Barre is an hour long class mixing Pilates, Dance, yoga and functional training. In each and every energizing and targeted workout you will use the bar and exercise equipment such as small weights, bands, Pilates balls and blocks to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your body.
HIIT – High Intensity Intervals Training
This class focuses on bringing the heart rate up through High intensity cardiovascular training and bringing the heart rate down with functional exercises coupled with light or medium strength training moves.
By increasing and decreasing heart rate this is the most effective way to burn calories not only during class but well after. This class has something for everyone. All fitness levels are welcome because you decide the intensity level.
Strength Training Class
This class utilizes both free weights and weighted bars to give you a head to toe workout. Weight training exercises not only help you maintain and increase muscle mass but also help with bone density.
The more muscle we gain and keep the more calories we burn. As we grow older we tend to lose both muscle mass and bone density. I refer to this class as the fountain of youth!!
Yoga / Barre
Yoga is an ancient art based on harmonizing system of development for body, mind and spirit. Through simple yoga poses and flowing movements you will lead to a sense of peace and well being. We have added basic Barre moves to give you a bit of both worlds
Small Group Training
Five to seven people in a small group training class help motivate inspire and push thorough a fairly rigorous training session. With motivating music, and an inspiring coach you can reach your fitness goal and have a blast at the same time!
One-on-one Personal Training
This program is custom based on your individual needs and goals. These sessions are 45 minutes long with one on one attention with a certified personal trainer. Most clients need accountability to reach their goals and with one on one training this is how they succeed.
Custom Food Plans
I am so very excited to announce we will be adding weight management food plans to our studio. These food plans are based on your weight, height and body fat percentage. We will create a plan based on the foods you are eating now to help you lose weight.
The plans coupled with a challenging but fun exercise program will get you to place you need to be.
